You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know you'd like to return it. You don’t need to give a reason — it’s your right under EU law.

Once you notify us, you’ll have another 14 days to send the item back.
To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

After we receive your return:

• We'll refund the full cost of the item(s),

• Including the cost of our standard shipping option (if you return the entire order),

• Within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
